Applying for admission shouldn’t be one of them. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible to navigate the application process. If you need any help, please contact us.

If you’ve enrolled either full-time or as a degree-seeking student after graduating from high school, apply for transfer admission. Students seeking to begin their college (post-secondary) experience can follow the First Year application directions.

 

Requirements

Forapplicants who would be a Non-Resident Alien (not a U.S. Citizen, nor U.S. Permanent Resident, nor DACA)

Please submit the applicationrequirements for the first year application or the transfer applicationsin addition to the following:

A photocopy of your passport identification page must be submitted if you will be studying at ϲʹ Cross College on a student visa.A scanned copycan be uploaded as an “Other” type document on the Common Application, sent directly to ϲʹ CrossCollege via email, or uploaded to your ϲʹ Cross Applicant Portal.

U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to submit the FAFSA to be considered for need-based financial aid.More information can be found at/financial-aid/.

  • All international applicants are required to submit a Certification of Finances with supporting documentation confirming the reported sources of funding forat leastone year of enrollment at ϲʹ Cross College.
  • Supporting documentation(bank deposit or income statements)should be signed, in English, and include amounts converted to U.S. dollars.
    * If the source of funding does not belong to a parent or guardian, an accompanying letter outlining sponsorship is also required.
  • Applicants should be prepared to show proof of full funding before any ϲʹ Cross scholarship (merit aid, athletic scholarship) is applied. The Certification of Finances, therefore, does not necessarily represent a student’s out-of-pocket expenses.
  • The Certification of Finances and supporting documentation can be uploaded via the ϲʹ Cross Applicant Portal (preferred) or submitted as a PDF document via email.

  • All applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships. If you qualify for a merit scholarship, you will be notifiedwithyour admissions decision. Select admitted students may be nominated foraSignature Scholarship.
  • There is limited need-based aid for international students. International applicants seeking consideration for need-based aid should submit a letter requesting review for need-based aid with the Certification of Finances. A request for review does not guarantee the awarding of funds.
  • Admission for international students is need-aware.

Translated Transcript

  • Applicants attending secondary school (and post-secondary school) must provide official translated transcripts in English. An explanation of the grading system is also required with the translation.
  • Applicants may submit their documents tofor evaluation.(This specific evaluation is required forinternational applicantsintending to compete in NAIA varsity athletics at ϲʹ Cross.)
  • This requirement can be waived if the school transcript is already in English and follows an American grading system.

 

English Proficiency Exam Score

  •  A score report from an English Language Proficiency Exam is required from all international applicants for whom English is not theirnativelanguage. International applicants may also be exempt from an English proficiency exam score if their last three years of education were conducted primarily in English.
  • ϲʹ Cross College accepts score reports from the , , , or .
  • Minimum scores for admission consideration:
    *   71 TOEFLiBT(530 TOEFL Paper-Delivered)
    *   6.0 IELTS
    *   53 PTE Academic
    *   95 Duolingo English Test
